Yuliya Andresyuk is an associate with International Legal Counsels PC in Alexandria, VA. Her practice focuses on representation of US and international clients in the software, information technology, finance, energy, telecommunication and biotechnology industries in cross-border transactions, technology transfers and corporate structuring and financing. In her practice Ms. Andresyuk negotiates and documents transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, energy and telecommunication regulations and corporate financing. She is also involved in structuring and organizing start-up businesses and joint ventures and representing Western and Russian corporate clients and financial institutions in business transactions involving Russia and CIS. Ms. Andresyuk has experience in practicing corporate law with an emphasis on the legal aspects of start-up ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Ms. Andresyuk’s practice regularly involves comparative review of legal regulations and drafting and negotiating legal documentation in English and Russian. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Andresyuk was an associate at Birch, Horton, Bittner and Cherot in Washington, D.C. and earlier, a corporate attorney at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans and Figel in Washington, DC. Ms. Andresyuk received her degree in international law (with the focus on European Union law) with excellence from Kiev Institute of International Relations in 2002 and her Masters of Law in Securities and Financial Transactions from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. She is admitted to the District of Columbia, Virginia and New York Bars.
