In his of-counsel capacity, Kevin R. Garden is senior litigation counsel for International Legal Counsels PC (femida®.us) in Alexandria, VA. He focuses on representing US and international clients in federal court litigation across the United States related to both federal government as well as private contracts involving software, information technology and security equipment. Mr. Garden has extensive experience in litigating before federal courts. In addition, he advised international and US companies with respect to the various strategies and issues which arise related to litigating in the United States court system. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garden was a partner at Saltman & Stevens, P.C. and, prior to that, an associate with Bogle & Gates in Washington, D.C. Mr. Garden is currently also the managing director of The Garden Law Firm P.C., which focuses on representing and advising federal government contractors and permittees. Mr. Garden has been involved in litigation in the federal courts, federal administrative boards, and the Government Accountability Office involving contract administration, breach of contract and federal administrative law. Mr. Garden received his J.D. in 1989 from The Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. and his undergraduate degree in 1986 from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.
