Paris Office

The Paris office focuses on providing legal advice to French, EU and international clients operating in France, in the European Union and Central and Eastern European Countries in connection with the following corporate, technology and commercial transactions: 

  • Legal aspects of the E-commerce, Computer Law and Technology transfer agreements 

  • Legal advise and litigation on the intellectual property issues and related rights

  • Advising client on company and corporate law particularly on formation of legal entities, including structuring and creating joint-ventures with a full range of complete corporate documentation relating to corporate activities

  • Advise on legal aspects of banking regulations and with regard to taxation law and strategies

  • Legal advise on EU and French legislation related to distribution of goods

  • Drafting of distribution and reseller agreements

  • Commercial litigation and arbitration

In addition, the Firm provides a global understanding of the legal questions faced by its clients in their activities as civil and criminal law, international liability, immigration law.

The Paris office ensures assistance to the International Legal Counsels offices in European Law.
