Grigory Gurshman is an intellectual property consultant (Patent Agent), who has been involved with patent prosecution for over 10 years.  Mr. Gurshman has extensive expertise in various technical fields including computer security, software-based systems, Internet and web-related applications, medical applications, as well as mechanical inventions.  Working as a team with patent attorneys, he assists the firm’s clients prosecuting patent applications, including filings under an accelerated procedures focusing in the area of software, internet, cryptography and internet technology patents. Mr. Gurshman has been with the firm since 2006, prior to which he served as a senior (GS-13) patent examiner at the US PTO.  Mr. Gurshman had passed the Patent Bar exam while at the US PTO, he also holds MS degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Gurshman is fluent in Russian, Spanish and German.
